Ariel Garcia (@arl_rose)

Ariel Garcia, also known as arl_rose, is a security researcher with a strong background in pentesting, bug bounty, and cybersecurity community building. His work blends hands-on offensive security experience with a deep connection to the hacker community and the bug bounty ecosystem.

Ariel has contributed to the organization of multiple bug bounty Live Hacking Events and has led community-focused initiatives across the industry. His experience includes content creation, public speaking, Discord community management, security instruction, and organizing both virtual and in-person conferences.

Having attended DEF CON since 2014, Ariel has a long-standing connection with the conference and its community. As co-founder and organizer of the Bug Bounty Village, he helps provide bug bounty with a dedicated space at DEF CON and supports the researchers, companies, and communities shaping the field.

Harley Kimball (@infinitelogins)

Harley Kimball, also known by the handle infinitelogins, has actively participated in the hacker community for over a decade, specifically focusing on the bug bounty space for the last two years. Harley is an experienced pentester and bug bounty hunter with over eight years of technical expertise in information security.

Harley is a prominent figure in the cybersecurity community, managing a well-known blog and YouTube channel that boasts over 10,000 followers.

Harley actively participates in local information security meetups and conferences, including RainSec and BSides PDX.

Additionally, Harley is deeply engaged with Discord communities and content creation groups, and plays a key role in organizing Live Hacking Events and HactivityCon for HackerOne.

Leo Wakelin

Leo Wakelin spent almost two decades supporting and building community in the games industry, with experience in social media and one to one and one to many communications. Leo entered the cybersecurity space 3 years ago excited to learn about the burgeoning industry and take on new challenges in an unfamiliar area.

An avid gamer, DIYer and motorsport enthusiast. What Leo doesn't know about the intricacies of bug bounty and ethical hacking in the practical sense, he makes up for it by working to lift up others, understand their needs and help them in achieving their full potential.

He helps the BBV team to assist in creative, web and social media.

Shaikh Yaser Arafat

Shaikh Yaser Arafat (r00tz) is a cybersecurity professional with over a decade of experience specializing in penetration testing, vulnerability assessment, and security research. Yaser has made significant contributions to the bug bounty and vulnerability research community, earning recognition as a HackerOne Brand Ambassador, ProjectDiscovery Pioneer, and a member of Bugcrowd’s Hacker Advisory Board. His notable achievements include securing top spots in prestigious programs, such as second place in the U.S. Department of Defense’s HackerOne Hack the Air Force 7’22 and first place in Hack the Pentagon (HackUS-h1c’22) & BugCrowd MVP. Additionally, Yaser has been acknowledged for responsible disclosure of vulnerabilities at industry giants including Google, Apple, and Microsoft, further solidifying his impact in the field. A passionate community contributor, Yaser volunteered at the inaugural Bug Bounty Village at DEF CON last year.
